Fix: The vehicle had multiple issues caused by water damage due to flooding. The problems were resolved by replacing and reprogramming the control modules, repairing the wiring, and restoring communication between the modules.
Lexus GS300
Complaint: The open door warning light was on the dashboard, and the central locking system wasn’t working.
Fix: The issue was resolved by replacing the passenger side door control module.
Ford F150
Complaint: The driver's side headlight, which was recently installed, isn’t working.
Fix: The issue was resolved by repairing the wiring and performing a calibration procedure.
Nissan Rouge
Complaint: The check engine light was on, and the official dealership suggested a transmission replacement.
Fix: The issue was caused by an incorrectly installed air filter and tray, which was resolved by properly installing the air filter tray.
VW Tiguan
Complaint: The left taillight was not working
Fix: The cause was identified as an internal issue with the BCM (Body Control Module).
To save the client money, the issue was resolved by bypassing the wires.
However, we recommended replacing the BCM for a more permanent solution.
1993 Jeep Wrangler
Complaint: The car wouldn’t start. The engine harness and alternator had already been replaced.
Fix: The original harness was reinstalled, and the wire connection between the ECM and distributor was repaired.
Additionally, the alternator wiring was reconditioned.
Golf Cart
Complaint: The golf cart wouldn’t start.
Fix: After 1 hour of diagnostics and troubleshooting, the issue was resolved by repairing the damaged wires and replacing the diode fuse.
